Finding an item
There are a number of different methods that can be used to find a desired item. You can browse for an item by first selecting the store then the category and finally the relevant item. You can also select an item from the various links that appear throughout the site.
If you know the brand then you can select it from the drop down box in the left hand column. This will then display all the items associated with that brand. Major brand logos also appear on many of the pages and clicking on these will also perform the same action as selecting from the list.
If you only know partial information on the type of item you are looking for then use the search box. You have the option of searching all the stores or a selected store with your chosen keywords.
Cannot find the item you were looking for
If we currently do not sell the item you are trying to find then please contact us and we will try and locate it for you.
Ordering an item
To order an item you must add the item to your trolley then complete the simple checkout process.
The checkout process
To complete an order you must first be logged in using your registered customer details. Clicking on the Checkout button will begin the simple four stage process. Firstly you can review your trolley contents and adjust the quantities as necessary; then you must confirm your billing and delivery addresses before entering your payment details. The final step is to review your order before confirming it with us.
Additional security checks for certain items
A number of items that we sell such as Air-Weapons and Knives require by-law that we obtain proof of identification from the buyer. If you are trying to order such an item then we will contact you individually to ask for proof of identity before your order proceeds any further.
Secure and safe shopping
A number of different security methods are used by our website to ensure that your personal and credit card information is kept safe. All your sensitive data is encrypted within our database and we encrypt any information you send to our secure server using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This can be confirmed by looking for the small padlock at the bottom of your browser's window.
Finding an item at a cheaper price elsewhere
If you find an item priced lower at another UK retailer (taking into account shipping rates) then we will attempt to match the price. Please contact us with the details so that we can verify the price with the retailer in question.
Tracking orders
You can check the status of your various orders by navigating to your account details. Please note that you cannot edit your order once its status is shown as processing. Where possible we will provide you with the courier and tracking numbers that may allow you to track your package on that couriers website.
Delivery rates
Delivery is free to all UK addresses on orders over £200. The delivery cost will be automatically adjusted during the checkout process.
The following table shows the different shipping rates. For any combination of items the "Per Item" rates are added together along with the highest "Per Delivery" rate.

Delivery of orders
We will dispatch your order as soon as we have all your items in stock. This may take a number of days if we have to order more items from the manufacturer. Once your order has been posted please allow 3-5 days delivery time (Please note that this will be longer for delivery addresses outside the UK).
Returning items
If for any reason you wish to return an item, you must first contact us at
support@grahamsonline.co.uk to be given an authorised RMA number. You have a period of 14 days with which you are able to return an item for any reason. Please ensure that you have suitably packaged the item as we are not responsible for damages occurred during postage back to us. If your returned items are accepted you will be given a replacement/credit/refund where applicable.
